FiveM Car Pack & Vehicle Scripts for Any Framework

Cars are part of almost every scene on a roleplay server, and a recognizable vehicle list is part of a server's identity. Adding vehicles, though, means streaming assets, keeping spawn names straight and making sure your dealership and garage scripts can see them.

This guide explains what to check before adding a FiveM car pack or a vehicle effects script, and how the two RARX resources in this area handle it. Both are standalone, so they work on QBCore, Qbox, ESX or another setup.

Buyer's checklist

What to check in a FiveM car pack or vehicle script

Questions worth answering before you add vehicles or vehicle effects to a live server.

  1. Add-on vehicles with their own names

Each vehicle in Rarx Cars spawns by its own model name instead of replacing a base game vehicle, so scripts that rely on base game models are not affected.

  2. Independent of your framework

A vehicle pack should not care whether you run QBCore, Qbox or ESX. How players get the cars, through a dealership, a garage or an admin spawn, stays with the scripts you already run.

  3. Know exactly what you receive

Rarx Cars is delivered as three resources whose folder names must stay exactly as delivered. Checking the delivery format before you buy avoids surprises when the pack does not start.

  4. Material for your dealership

A showroom map for taking vehicle photos is included, useful for dealership catalogues, store listings or announcements on your server.

  5. Licensing and editability

The vehicle resources are encrypted with the Cfx.re Asset Escrow system and downloaded from your Cfx.re Portal, so the encrypted files cannot be edited. Know this before planning changes.

  6. Effects you control per vehicle

Vehicle effects should be opt-in per model. Rarx Antilag is configured per vehicle, with flame size, explosion timing, RPM threshold and volume set for each one.

Planning

Planning a vehicle pack on your server

Plan how players will get each car before you add the pack. Add-on vehicles spawn by model name, so your dealership, garage or admin tools need those names added to their lists. The showroom map helps you take consistent photos for a dealership catalogue or announcements.

Keep antilag for the vehicles where it fits, such as tuned or race cars, and set flame size, explosion timing and volume per vehicle. Selling antilag kits as items gives mechanics something to install and keeps the effect from appearing on every car in the city.
