1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RARX Network (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Products and Licenses

All products sold through RARX Network are digital goods intended for use with FiveM servers. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on your server(s).

  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share purchased products.
  • You may not claim ownership of the source code.
  • Modifications for personal server use are permitted.
  • Each purchase is valid for one server unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through Tebex (Overwolf). Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise specified. You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted within 24 hours of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or used on any server. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Account and Authentication

You may authenticate using your Cfx.re (FiveM) account and optionally link your Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond permitted use.
  • Using our products for illegal purposes.
  • Sharing account access or purchased products with unauthorized parties.
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in our website or products.

7. Updates and Support

Purchased products include free updates. Support is provided through our Discord server. We reserve the right to discontinue updates for any product at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

RARX Network is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
